Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out is at 12pm. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged for a minimal fee if available at the time of check-in.

For The Webster Hotel Times Square, early check-in will incur a fee of $50 and late check-out until 3pm will incur a fee of $50. Any time after 3pm will require a full day rate.

For The Webster Hotel Covent Garden, early check-in will incur a fee of £40, late check-out until 3pm will incur a fee of £30, and late check-out between 3-6pm will incur a fee of £60. Any time after 6pm will require a full day rate.

You can check in as late as 6am the day after you are due to arrive. Your credit card automatically guarantees your room. If you are checking in late, please call the hotel directly the day of arrival.

The Front Desk is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our friendly, knowledgeable team members can help you with making reservations, suggesting the best restaurants and attractions in our neighborhoods, providing directions, and assisting in many other guest requests.

Guests receive complimentary access to the Fitness Center at each of our hotels. Our Fitness Rooms are equipped with free weights, cardio equipment and Peloton bikes.

The safety and security of our guests is paramount. Our Front Desks are all staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. And to ensure only registered guests have access to guest room floors, the elevators are operated using your room key.

Each of our hotel’s partners with an off-site laundry/dry cleaning service for guests as needed.

In addition, laundry bag and garment bags are available for repeat guests who will stay at least once per week within the current year.

Before you arrive at The Webster, please visit the Wallet Key page on our website at www.thewebsterhotel.com/wallet-key to register and add your reservation to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet; you can do this right from your mobile device.

Once you are checked into your reservation, your room number will appear on the Wallet Key and it will be fully activated and ready for use.

To use your room key to unlock your room, simply hold your mobile device near the reader on the door to unlock.

Your room key in Apple Wallet is easier to use than many alternatives, and you don’t even need to wake or unlock your device. Even if your iPhone needs a charge, your key will still work for up to five hours with Power Reserve.

When you add a room key to Apple Wallet on your iPhone, it is automatically added to your paired Apple Watch. Once your room key has been added, simply hold your Apple Watch near the reader to unlock.

You may add a room key to Apple Wallet on one iPhone and one paired Apple Watch and any additional device attached to your iCloud account.

If needed, you may switch your room key to a different iPhone or paired Apple Watch. Once the key is activated on the new device, it will be automatically removed from the previous one.

You can also share your Wallet Key with your travel companion by going to www.thewebsterhotel.com/wallet-key  and sharing the key via the QR code shown when pressing the “Share Your Key” button.

In addition to your room, your Wallet Key can also be used to access the same hotel spaces where you would use a plastic key such as the fitness center and common areas.

After booking your reservation, look for the relevant “Add to Wallet” button in your reservation confirmation email.

After your Wallet Key has been activated, just hold your mobile device near the reader on the door to unlock. As a bonus, with Apple’s Express Mode, you don’t even need to wake or unlock your device. It’s that simple.

After booking, you can add your room key to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet by clicking on the relevant “Add to Wallet” button on the reservation confirmation email. Your room key will automatically activate once you check in and your room has been assigned.

Yes, you can use both.

Each stay will be represented with its own room key in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. When your stay is over, your room key will be deactivated remotely and archived. Future Wallet reservations will automatically activate once you have completed the online registration, and the reservation has been checked in and a room has been assigned.

If your iPhone needs a charge, your key in Apple Wallet will still work. Power Reserve provides up to five hours of access, so you can still get inside.

Wallet Key takes full advantage of the privacy and security features built into your mobile devices.

If you think your iPhone or Apple Watch is lost or stolen, you can use iCloud.com or the Find My app on another Apple device. If you need a new room key, please visit the front desk.

We allow free cancellations and changes until 6 pm (hotel local time), 24 hours prior to arrival. Any cancellations or modifications made after that time are subject to a charge of one night’s room plus tax. Please note there are no cancellations or changes allowed on reservations booked under the Non-Refundable Rate.

For stays 30 days or longer, cancellations or changes must be made 72 hours prior to arrival in order to incur no charges. Cancellations or changes within 72 hours incur a cancellation/change fee of three nights’ room and tax.

All of our hotels are completely smoke-free.

There is a hold/deposit placed on your credit card at the time of check-in for incidentals. The hold is released by The Webster on your day of departure. Please note that it may take your financial institution 3-7 business days for the funds to release back into your available balance.

At The Webster, we welcome you to bring along your dog – at no extra charge.

Max 1 dog per room per stay, up to 25 lbs. Dog must be registered with the front desk at the time of check-in. Dog should be on a leash or in a carrier in public areas and not in restaurant or fitness room. You must be present when the hotel staff is in your guest room with your dog. Your dog should not be left in your guest room unattended. Please make sure your dog is up to date on all vaccinations, with proof upon request.

Guests must be at least 21 years old to check into a room.

For your convenience, in addition to the friendly service at the Front Desk, each of our Reception areas includes kiosks for instant self-check-in and check-out. These easy-to-use kiosks can provide you with a room key, or a receipt, in less than two minutes.

The Webster also provides guests with a digital room key experience. Upon check-in, you also have the option to add your room key to Apple Wallet on your iPhone and Apple Watch or Google Wallet on your Android device for easy access to your room and other hotel spaces.
