As with our hotels, Italian culinary culture is a perfect balance between history and innovation. In the same vein, Carmelina’s takes traditional Italian recipes and peppers in a twist of modernity.

We created a simple menu, emphasising the sensual aromas and tastes of exceptional Italian ingredients. There are too many examples to mention. Ricotta stuffed Fiori Di Zucca bursts in the mouth with a velvety smooth texture. Pasta dishes ignore muddling complexity in place of joyous simplicity. Succulent fish soaks up cherry tomato juices in the Branzino All’Acqua Pazza, topped off by an unmatched tiramisu recipe. Combine all this, and you have one of the best Italian restaurants in Covent Garden.

All this is enjoyed in a restaurant interior that exudes a sophisticated character, featuring vintage chairs and sparkling chandeliers.
